Manufacturer Warranty
All products sold on www.plubay.com are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Plubay Ltd is an authorised dealer for the brands we sell. Warranties — including what is covered, the duration of coverage, and how to obtain service — are at the manufacturer's discretion. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected by any manufacturer warranty terms.
Warranty periods differ by brand and product type. Warranty information can be found in the individual product listing.
Warranty Coverage Includes
Depending on the manufacturer, warranties can cover:
• Manufacturing defects
• Defective parts
• Mechanical or electrical component failures under normal residential use
Warranties do not cover:
• Damage due to misuse or abuse
• Improper installation
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage after delivery
How to Request Warranty Service
If you encounter a problem with your product:

Please provide:
• Order number
• Full name used for purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos (if applicable)
Our support team will liaise with the manufacturer to submit a warranty claim on your behalf. In many cases, the manufacturer will provide warranty service directly for quicker resolution. This process is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Replacement Parts
Some manufacturers may replace the unit entirely, whilst others may only provide replacement parts. In such cases:
• Parts are sent directly to the customer
• Installation may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product documentation or warranty terms specify otherwise
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
Warranty claim postage costs will follow manufacturer policy. Some manufacturers cover the cost of returning defective parts; others may ask the customer to cover return postage. We will always communicate this to you clearly before you proceed.
Warranty Limitations
• Unless stated otherwise, Plubay Ltd does not offer separate extended warranties.
• We make no changes to the terms of manufacturer warranties.
• All warranty claims are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
• Nothing in this warranty policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation.
