We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders associated with the same customer account, the same credit or debit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. This is in accordance with our rights as a UK-based retailer under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address provided at the time the order was made. Any payments already processed will be refunded promptly in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
