Oversized & Freight Items
Some large or heavy items — such as ride-on mowers, storage sheds, and certain generators — may ship via a freight or pallet carrier rather than standard parcel delivery.
• Freight deliveries are kerbside by default (driver delivers to the kerb or driveway)
• A delivery appointment will be scheduled with you in advance
• Please inspect the item carefully before signing the delivery receipt
• If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at Contact@plubay.com
• Freight transit times may be longer than standard delivery — typically 3–7 business days depending on location
Multiple Addresses
We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
Order Status & Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days, email us at Contact@plubay.com with your name and order number. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a delivery date was agreed and not met, you are entitled to request a redelivery or a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery — well beyond the 14-day statutory minimum required under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We accept both defective and non-defective items, including products in new condition.
Please contact us at Contact@plubay.com before sending anything back — do not return items without prior approval. Once approved, please ship using any trackable and insured method.
You'll receive a full refund including original shipping and handling fees, processed within 7 business days of us receiving your return. No restocking fees are charged. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo. You do not need to return it — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, as per your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
